EVIDENCE & METHODOLOGY
Use the numbers.
Know what they mean.
This sales experience separates four things on purpose: published research, provider capabilities, numbers entered by the business owner, and illustrative calculations. They are not treated as interchangeable proof.
01 / YOUR INPUTS
We do not assume every missed call is a lost sale.
The Revenue-at-Risk calculator starts with the owner's own missed-call volume and average completed-job value. Qualification, close-rate, recovery-rate, and system-price assumptions remain visible and editable.
02 / CALCULATIONS
Opportunity value is an estimate, not a promise.
Calculated values are labeled illustrative. Actual results depend on customer intent, availability, pricing, service quality, close rate, implementation, and many other business-specific factors.
03 / SOURCES
External claims should be traceable.
We prefer original studies, regulators, official product documentation, and first-party technical guidance. Vendor performance claims are treated as directional evidence rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Lead-response evidence
InsideSales published a large-scale lead-response analysis reporting materially stronger conversion performance for very fast first-response attempts. Revenue Rescue OS uses this only to support the direction of the speed-to-lead argument; it does not apply the reported multiplier as a guaranteed result for a specific business.

AI voice and calling rules
The FCC has stated that AI-generated voices fall within the TCPA's artificial or prerecorded voice rules. For that reason, the production callback path is intentionally gated by explicit consent handling and a server-side enable switch rather than silently calling every form submission.

Voice-platform capability
The included production adapter is prepared around Retell's documented outbound phone-call API. Live calls are not faked in demo mode and cannot run until valid server-side credentials and production configuration are supplied.

Pricing and infrastructure context
Revenue Rescue OS service prices are operator offers, not claims about a universal industry average. Voice infrastructure is usage-based and can change with call volume, telephony, voice, language-model, SMS, and integration choices. We scope those operating costs before enabling live traffic.

Production measurement
Revenue Rescue OS uses a privacy-minimized first-party funnel layer to count a small set of high-value interactions such as calculator completion and booking-page launches. Event payloads intentionally exclude submitted contact information, business names, exact calculator values, and cross-session identifiers. This gives future optimization work real behavioral evidence without pretending local QA predicts how prospects behave in production.
Booking
The booking page uses Cal.com's documented inline embed pattern and keeps a direct scheduling link as a fallback if the embedded scheduler cannot load.

Operator transparency
The site identifies the implementation contact as Danny Garza and links to public external profiles for identity and background review. Those links are not treated as proof of client outcomes, revenue performance, or certifications that are not explicitly shown by the external source.

AI-search visibility
Google's current guidance treats terms such as AEO and GEO as extensions of the same fundamentals used for search optimization: useful people-first content, crawlable technical structure, clear site organization, and accurate information. The service does not promise rankings or guaranteed placement in AI-generated answers.

Method rule: Sourced fact ≠ provider capability ≠ user input ≠ calculated estimate. The site labels each category so a prospect can evaluate the business case without a hidden assumption.
