OPERATOR TRANSPARENCY

Know who is behind the system.

Revenue Rescue OS is built and maintained by Danny Garza. This page keeps the trust layer simple: public identity, public credential links, direct contact, and the operating rules used before any live automation touches a prospect.

HOW PROJECTS ARE HANDLED

Business rules first. Automation second.

A client should understand what the system will do, where it stops, and when a human takes over before live traffic is enabled.

01

Map the real gap.

Start with missed calls, form leads, business hours, booking rules, service fit, and handoff points—not a generic AI script.

02

Build the smallest useful workflow.

Use Missed Call Rescue, speed-to-lead, or full receptionist coverage only where the business case supports it.

03

Test before live traffic.

Validate approved knowledge, scheduling, fallback logic, transfers, and failure states before production calling is enabled.

04

Keep a human path.

Unknown answers, edge cases, urgent requests, and situations outside the approved scope should route or escalate instead of being invented.

NEXT STEP

Bring the current process. We'll map the smallest useful recovery layer.

No technical preparation is required.
